1. Parties
This agreement is between you and Resunday Pty Ltd.

2. Background and Consideration
You engage us to find savings on your household bills. Our fee is the consideration.
You engage Resunday to audit, benchmark, and optimise your household service bills. In consideration of the services Resunday provides (as described in the Terms of Service), you grant Resunday the authority described in this agreement.
3. Grant of Authority
We can contact your providers, negotiate, get quotes, and execute switches you approve.
You authorise Resunday as your agent to:
- Contact providers:
- Communicate with your current service providers (energy, gas, internet/NBN, insurance) to obtain account information, plan details, and contract terms.
- Negotiate rates:
- Negotiate retention offers, plan changes, or rate reductions with your current providers.
- Request offers:
- Obtain formal offers or quotes from alternative providers on your behalf.
- Execute approved switches:
- Submit cancellation requests, sign-up applications, or plan change requests only where you have provided explicit prior approval through the Resunday platform.
- Provide identity verification:
- Present your identity documents to providers solely for account verification during a switch, subject to the data handling terms in the Resunday Privacy Policy.
4. Scope Limitations
We cannot sign contracts without approval, access your bank account, or give financial advice.
Resunday is NOT authorised to:
- Sign any contract or agreement without your explicit prior approval
- Incur any financial obligation, debt, or charge on your behalf
- Access or operate your bank accounts or payment instruments
- Make decisions regarding your financial investments or assets
- Change the terms of any existing contract without your explicit approval
- Provide financial advice or make recommendations constituting financial advice
- Act beyond the scope of household service provider negotiations and switching
5. Approval Process
Every switch needs your explicit approval first. You can withdraw approval any time before execution.
All switching actions require your explicit approval before execution. Approval is obtained through:
- Biometric authentication (fingerprint or facial recognition) via the Resunday platform
- Manual confirmation via a secure approval interface within the Resunday platform
- Written confirmation via email where electronic approval is not available
You may withdraw approval at any time prior to execution by notifying Resunday through the platform or via email.
6. Duration and Renewal
This agreement lasts 12 months and auto-renews unless you cancel with 30 days notice.
This agreement commences on the date of digital acceptance and remains in effect for a period of 12 months from the date of acceptance.
It is automatically renewed for successive 12-month periods unless you provide written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the expiry of the current period.
7. Revocation
Cancel any time via email or your account settings. Takes effect immediately.
You may revoke this authority at any time by:

- Through account settings in the Resunday platform
Revocation takes effect immediately upon receipt, except for any switch already in progress with your prior approval.
8. Data Handling
Your data is encrypted, your ID documents are deleted within 30 days of a completed switch.
Resunday handles your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy, including:
- AES-256 encryption at rest
- Purging identity documents within 30 days of a completed switch
- Not retaining copies after the purge period
- Processing all data in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)
9. Liability
We are not liable for losses from good-faith actions taken within scope and with your approval.
Resunday shall not be liable for any loss, cost, or damage arising from actions taken in good faith within the scope of authority granted herein, provided such actions were taken with reasonable care and in accordance with your approved instructions.
Nothing in this clause excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Governing Law
Australian law applies, with Victoria as the relevant state jurisdiction.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Australia, with the laws of Victoria applying where state law is relevant. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
11. Acceptance
You accept this agreement digitally through the Resunday platform when you approve a deal.
This agreement is accepted digitally through the Resunday platform. Your acceptance is recorded with a timestamp, your IP address, and your user account identifier. This constitutes a binding contractual agreement between you and Resunday.
